We review what is helping, celebrate progress and agree the next steps with families.

We use an assess, plan, do and review cycle so that support remains purposeful and responsive.

Parents and carers know their child best. We welcome your insight, keep communication open and work together on support and transitions.
Everyday partnership
Share what works at home, ask questions and talk with your child’s key person or SENCO. We will keep agreed strategies clear and practical for the team.

When your child moves room, setting or on to school, we plan ahead with you and share the information that will help the next team understand your child.
